What we process

FeedSync processes the product data you import or sync (CSV/XML feeds), your Shoptet e-shop identity obtained via OAuth, and operational metadata about your sync runs. Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted.

Why we process it

To import and synchronise your catalogue into Shoptet on your behalf, to show you previews and error reports, and to enforce your plan limits.

Retention

Uploaded files and sync data are retained while your addon is installed and purged on a defined schedule after uninstall.
